Harvard Square: The Pandemic of 2020
A Remembrance and a Dedication As we approach the summer solstice and the 4th of July holiday, Harvard Square businesses are preparing to welcome the public back to the Square.They are hard at work, adhering to CDC, state and local guidelines.

The Harvard Square Business Association is pleased to feature the work of two distinguished local artists, Mark Ostow and Lennie Peterson, for the dual purpose of chronicling the pandemic and celebrating Black History Month.
Celebrating Black History Month
Last month, to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, artist Lennie Peterson partnered with the HSBA to display a 3’ x 6’ mixed media portrait of Nina Simone in the Harvard Square Kiosk.
