While it may be easier to stick to the wine regions we know best – or hear about most often – the wine world must be explored! This includes the various red and white wines being served from South Africa.
Join instructor Christina Kach as we taste the delicious and unique offering coming from this part of the world. We will also learn about the vineyard techniques that make growing grapes in this warm climate possible.
