Sake and Cheese!

Think sake is for knocking back shots or sipping only with Japanese food? Think again. With an incredibly diverse range of flavors and styles, this traditional Japanese beverage is killer with all sorts of foods…including cheese! Join Sake educator extraordinaire Marina Giordano and cheese nerd Adam Centamore for an evening of delicious exploration into sake & cheese pairings. You’ll sample a range of complex, flavorful sakes perfectly matched to rich, savory cheeses that will have you saying domo arigato in no time at all, while learning the tips & tricks used by these pros in their own pairing adventures. It’s sure to be a time to remember. Join us for a night of pairing sake & cheese!
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. If you would like your kit shipped to you, please pay for shipping here. For those who choose to register for the online class only, tasting lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
