Join wine educator, Erika Frey, for an especially sparkling evening of Champagne tasting. During the event, Erika will explain this unique winemaking process and the various factors that go into crafting different styles of Champagne. You’ll gain an understanding of what kinds of Champagne you prefer and why. A cheese pairing plate will be included to demonstrate how food-friendly Champagne can be. This is an evening not to be missed!
