Winter’s upon us, so let’s make like the Swiss and cozy up with a pot of melted cheese and some wine. We’ll be dusting off our fondue pots and making two pots of cheese fondue, with a flight of wines to match. Sommelier and cheesehound Bertil Jean-Chronberg will talk a bit about the history of fondue, and the different types of wines that go with it—and why. So come on out, let’s dip some bread together!
