Sake 101 – Celebrating Sake Day!

Sake is an ancient, complex and unique beverage. In this class you will learn about the ingredients needed to produce sake, the main styles and types, and how to understand the aromas and flavors. This is the perfect introduction to one of our favorite beverages, and will help you feel more confident in your future sake purchases.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. If you would like your kit shipped to you, please pay for shipping here. For those who choose to register for the online class only, sake lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
