Kind of Spooky: Pairing Candy and White Wine – Wednesday November 1, 7PM
It’s the annual November 1st dilemma: what to do with all this Halloween candy? Why not make it fancy and pair it with some superb American wines? Don’t be too afraid, sommelier and secret candy addict Bertil Jean-Chronberg will demystify the perplexing art of candy-wine pairing. This class is no tricks, just treats, so come on out—we dare you.
What’s included: a flight of 4 wines & light food. $89 pp
