Join Ayu and Ngurah as they welcome you into their Balinese home and show you how local concepts, rituals, and nature influence Balinese culture and food. You’ll learn how to make Ayu’s delicious Gado Gado, a vegan salad with peanut sauce, using traditional tools and fresh ingredients.
