What constitutes the perfect grilled cheese? Is it Kraft? Is it cheddar? How about an alpine style cheese? It all comes down to a little thing called PH and the good news is there’s no right answer. We’ll discuss who some cheeses work, why others don’t, and flavor + texture combinations that combine into the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich. In the spirit of fermentation, join instructor Hannah Morrow as she pairs grilled cheese with different beers and, even cider! In this case tamed yeast can play well with wild yeast.
