Revels Presents Revels RiverSing in Harvard Square

Sing, dance, and celebrate the changing of the seasons at Revels RiverSing, our signature celebration of the Fall Equinox! This FREE, family-friendly event includes a participatory puppet procession, Morris dancing, Honk Band music, face painting, a balloon artist, food for purchase, and, of course, a singalong of our favorite tunes, led by songleader David Coffin. Witness magic by the Charles River with appearances from the Revels Dragons and saxophone virtuoso Stan Strickland, who will perform on the river to accompany the setting sun. Revels RiverSing is a fall tradition you won’t want to miss!

Revels RiverSing kicks off at 5 PM at Winthrop Park and by the John W. Weeks Footbridge. Admission is free to all ($5 suggested donation). Audiences are also able to pre-order a picnic dinner from Harvard Square’s Grendel’s Den, with four different meal options to choose from – orders can be made on the Grendel’s Den website from September 16-19.

Revels RiverSing is sponsored by the Harvard Square Business Association, Mass Cultural Council, Cambridge Community Foundation, and Houghton Chemical – thank you to our sponsors! Learn more at revels.org/riversing
