What You’ll Do
· Supervise full recruiting lifecycle from start to end including, but not limited to, candidate outreach, interviews, offers, and background checks
· Support on a variety of employee life cycle including, but not limited to, performance, compensation, onboarding, offboarding, and learning and development
· Create documentation that enhances employee understanding on various HR life cycle situations
· Support in educating employees on organizational best practices
· Ensure accurate data entry and high data integrity in internal and external systems
· Generate reports on general HR activity
· Manage invoices
· Support with any ad hoc projects they need assistance with
· Performs other administrative duties as assigned
· Ongoing professional development
What You’ll Need
· 3-5 years of HR experience in recruiting required
· 3-5 years of HR experience in benefits, systems, and/or learning preferred
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Superior degree of attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and project management skills
· High degree of confidentiality and discretion who is trustworthy and a team player
· Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
· Orientation to diversity, equity, inclusion, and continuous learning
· Ability to juggle and prioritize competing deadlines
· Familiarity with HR software i.e. Paycom, Asana
