This posture sequencing guides you through poses (asanas) in a mindful flow designed to source all our movement from our deep strength and to discover the beauty in our movement. We will practice strategies to lengthen stubborn hamstrings and hips, to eliminate pain and compression in your lower back and neck, and to create opening and flexibility in your upper back and shoulders. Careful attention is shown to our awareness of proper posture and breathing (pranayama) while in transitions and in stillness. Please bring your yoga mat. Instructor: Eric Bornstein
