Starting on Sunday, December 10, Jules Nguyen will host yoga classes on the second Sunday of every month. The classes will start at 8:30 AM and run for 45 minutes. They are BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and first come, first served.
This series will run through the winter. We hope to see you there!
As a passionate and empathetic yoga instructor, Jules is excited to introduce a Winter Yoga Series to Patagonia’s Cambridge storefront. Jules has been practicing yoga for 6 years and an instructor for 4 and is certified to lead power vinyasa flows, core restore (yin yoga), and yoga sculpt. Her classes are meant to guide participants through a meditative yet strengthening journey that cultivates a mind and body connection to truly ground and be present.
The intensity level is Moderate and is best for All Levels. Throughout class, she will encourage you to honor what’s best for your body at that moment and level up or layer down as necessary while providing accommodating alternative postures. She looks forward to meeting you all!
