Prepping for Thanksgiving Leftovers – Wine Tasting & Class – Wednesday November 15, 7PM
This tasting is preparation for Future You, that is the You on the morning of Friday November 24th, i.e. the day after Thanksgiving, aka the first day of the grueling multi-day Thanksgiving Leftover-a-thon. Give your leftovers new life by—no, not making a leftovers sandwich—washing them down with a perfectly paired wine! Join your fellow T-giving preppers as sommelier and grateful American Bertil Jean-Chronberg teaches you the survival skills to navigate your post-Thanksgiving fridge.
What’s included: a flight of 4 wines & light food. $89 pp
Class size is limited to up to eight participants.
