Let’s spend a Sunday afternoon learning how to make dosa from scratch. Delicious and gluten-free, masala dosas are crisp and fluffy rice and lentil wraps filled with a spicy potato curry and served with creamy coconut chutney. With their combination of easy-to-digest protein and curried vegetables, these popular crêpes make for a healthy, light meal. We’ll use the same batter to make idly and uttapam, South Indian favorite breakfast dishes.
