Dune

While David Lynch’s vision for DUNE probably could never have been fully realized, the resulting film remains a dazzling visualization of an unfilmable book (albeit a sometimes-inscrutable one). It’s also a film that is worth another look, especially with Denis Villeneuve’s version currently in theaters.
