About

This photograph shows a young person wading through a flooded street holding a plastic bag of groceries. The water is almost up to their shoulders.

The CASE Art Fund hosts CASETalk, an engaging online program produced by the CASE Art Fund that tackles various humanitarian issues. In this installment of the series, curator Makeda Best will be in conversation with photographer Gideon Mendel to discuss his personal response to the climate crisis: Drowning World, an art and advocacy project about flooding.

Led by:
Makeda Best, Richard L. Menschel Curator of Photography, Harvard Art Museums
