Ceramics Program – Office for the Arts at Harvard

Office for the Art at Harvard’s Ceramics Program Spring Show and Sale May 9-12, 2024 in Allston features more than 90 local artists

The Ceramics Program, Office for the Arts at Harvard will present its annual Spring Show and Sale, May 9-12, 2024 at its studio facility at 224 Western Avenue, Allston, Massachusetts. This four-day sale will feature original ceramic works by over 90 artists affiliated with the program, including instructors, staff, and students.

Visitors to the Spring Show and Sale will find a stunning array of ceramic artwork ranging from functional pottery to sculptural pieces to ceramic jewelry and home decor items. Artists in the program work in a variety of techniques and styles to create one-of-a-kind ceramic works. In addition, artists have donated unique ceramic planters that will be sold separately with 100% of funds from those items directly supporting scholarships to Ceramics Program courses. “This sale is a great opportunity for our artists to showcase and sell their work while also giving back to the program,” said Ceramics Program Director Kathy King. “The funds we raise will help ensure the next generation of ceramic artists have a chance to study and refine their skills here.”

Hours & admission:

The Spring Show and Sale is open 10am – 7pm each day of the sale, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 9-12. Admission is free and open to the public.
