About the Studio
Step into a one-of-a-kind Pilates experience nestled inside the iconic Central Rock Gym in the heart of Harvard Square. This stunning studio space merges the raw energy of exposed brick and mortar with the refined grace of intentional movement. With floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with radiant natural light, the studio offers a powerful contrast between industrial grit and the fluid elegance of Pilates practice.

Vibe & Atmosphere
Expect an uplifting, soulful ambiance where strength meets stillness. The space feels alive—bright, airy, and infused with the authenticity of movement. It’s a place where beginners, athletes, and mindful movers alike come to reset, recharge, and reconnect—with their core and with themselves.

Location
Perfectly situated in one of Cambridge’s most vibrant and accessible neighborhoods, the studio is centrally located just steps from the Harvard Square T station. Whether you’re coming by foot, bike, or car, the location is ideal for locals, commuters, and visitors alike.

Class Schedule

  • Saturdays: 2-3pm & Sundays: 12-1pm only – a curated weekend offering for those seeking a transformative start (or reset) to their week.

What to Know Before You Come

  • Limited supply of mats – we recommend bringing your own for comfort and convenience.
  • Parking – While street parking may be available, public transportation is highly encouraged. There are also nearby garages for paid parking if needed.
  • Access – Once inside Central Rock Gym, follow signs to the Pilates studio area or ask the friendly front desk team to guide you!
