Designed for all ages and backgrounds, this course explores mindfulness practices as an approach to bring about wellbeing and reduce stress by tapping into the mind/body network. Through guided meditation and mindfulness practice, participants will cultivate heightened awareness of the present moment, explore non-judgment, and identify ways to live an embodied life, ultimately allowing them to experience a more peaceful way of being in their lives.
