Located in the lobby of the Charles Hotel, Noir is open daily from 4pm – 2am, with a lively outdoor patio during warmer months. The menu changes seasonally and a 5-4-3-2-1 Happy Hour menu is available Monday – Thursday from 5pm – 7pm.
