FiRE + iCE, an improvisational grill featuring an interactive 35 square-foot round grill, is located in the heart of Cambridge's Harvard Square.
Guests of the restaurant are invited to create their perfect meal by hand selecting ingredients from their marketplace of over 18 meats and seafood including sirloin, lamb, and shrimp; more than 40 exotic and traditional vegetables and pastas; and 15 signature sauces. Guests then present their creation to the round grill to watch their meal cook right before their eyes.

The unique and quirky atmosphere have been described as a dining experience straight out of a Dr. Seuss book. Along with the non-traditional dining experience, guests will find a wide array of eccentric drink options including a variety of fruit infused vodkas and rums.

FiRE + iCE was voted "Best New Restaurant 2000" by the Boston Phoenix and is the winner of Nation Restaurant News' "2001 Hot Concept!" Award.

FiRE + iCE is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am until 11:30pm and 10:00am until 11:00pm on Sundays. Sunday brunch is available from 10:00am until 3:00pm.
