Warm, Dark, Sweet and Luscious: Chocolate Festival in Harvard Square!

The legendary Harvard Square Chocolate Festival returns January 24th – 26th.
Chocolate lovers rejoice! It may be cold outside, but it is warm in Harvard Square!  Come celebrate and indulge yourself with chocolate-inspired appetizers, salads, entrees, cocktails and sublime desserts from some of our finest restaurants. 

Saturday, January 25th
Harvard Square Chocolate Sampling Event
From 1pm – 2pm
Brattle Plaza (27 Brattle Street) will play host to an array of chocolaty samples from restaurants and shops from across Harvard Square.  The Second Line Social Aid & Pleasure Society Brass Band, a Harvard Square favorite, will be on hand  playing rousing songs which will surely get the party started.  Harvard Square restaurants and businesses who will be generously giving out chocolate samples include:

Harvard Museum of Natural History
Visit the famed Glass Flowers gallery at the Harvard Museum of Natural History to see exquisitely realistic hand-crafted glass models of Cacao, as well as cashew nuts, mango, pineapple, and other edible plants.  Newly on display are Blaschka models of apple and apricots showing the diseases afflict these fruiting trees, as well as other models of Salvia and Oxalis illustrating methods of insect pollination.  These models have not been on display at Harvard in over a decade.
