Event Description:
“Tangents” is a show involving a large variety of images from different countries and in completely different contexts. The theme really lies in the style of images presented in this show. There is a graphic feeling that exudes from each image whether it be completely architectural and void of human beings or an image of a boy and his dog on two roof-tops in Morocco.
Initially trained in the Creative Photography Department at the University of Arizona, Wayne went on to attend Maine Photographic Workshops before pursuing his career as a professional photographer. Through travel to more than 40 countries he has developed his photography in cultural contexts while refining his technique in commercial photography here in New England. He has been shooting extensively on Cape Cod and the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for years while traveling to continually create cultural and landscape images that capture new places with different perspectives.
